On The Beat Productions was set up by instructor, Tim Skinner. Tim is a very enthusiastic drum teacher, dedicated to the pupil and the advancement of the instrument, giving opportunities to young musicians that they would not normally have if it wasn't for drumming and music. The On The Beat Productions website displays current events and promotions as well as Tim’s CV as a teacher and player.
Tim is a full time teacher employed by Norfolk County Council Music Service, Percussion Section. He teaches in seven schools and also has a private teaching schedule. As well as tuition, Tim also runs several percussion ensembles, fixes / promotes pupils into gigs, directs a Church Youth Band, organises clinics with top artists, is a volunteer Church Youth worker, is a player and advisor of music for Holy Trinity Church Norwich and regularly plays in top function band “Beat Connection”.
